- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
it's pretty cut an dry by the hour, but there is a 3 hour minimum on most moves unless we're loading their own truck or pod or also on piano moves. Those are a flat rate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Actually had to take classes on packing and proper ways to wrap and handle/load items. CPA certified. (Certified professional mover)
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love physical labor so started at twenty y/o and 11 years latet I'm still loving it!
