Paruul was essential to our event. We had all the pieces in place but she coordinated all the vendors, prepared the event time line and kept the event running smoothly. She and her assistant helped with set up and cleanup and it allowed us to enjoy the wedding and reception knowing she had everything under control. We had no hiccups or problems and it was so worth it. Thank you Paruul! We couldn’t have pulled it off without you.

I have only the highest praise for Paruul and her assistant regarding the wonderful job they did coordinating our son's wedding. She was a pleasant, calming and reassuring presence the entire time from the rehearsal through the wedding day. She delivered exactly what she advertised! My son and daughter-in-law were freed up to truly enjoy their wedding with Paruul's attention to detail, as well as screening on the spot requests and questions that would have otherwise been occupying their attention. She brought clarity and confidence to all who were involved in bringing their wedding event to fruition. I can't imagine the chaos that was avoided by having Paruul in charge. She absolutely made it possible for all of us to relax and take in the joy of the moment. I highly recommend her and her coordinating services. She is worth every penny!

10/10 recommend, if your questioning hiring someone- go with her, seriously, you won't regret it! She took all of my thoughts and ideas and brought them to life! It truly was amazing! From the time we hired her we had unlimited communication, a couple of video calls to go over the plan. She built an amazing timeline that works specifically for us, got in touch with our vendors and took the reigns on communication with them. She conducted our rehearsal and helped us with small tweaks that needed to happen. Paruul and her assistant, in this case it was Courtney, did a PHENOMENAL job with helping us with our wedding. It literally wouldn't have happened without them. There was absolutely nothing I would have changed! Thank you so much for helping with our wedding!!

CF did an amazing job planning our border wedding! In order to have both sides of our family be a part of our ceremony despite the border being closed, we had to get creative. Paruul took on the challenge and still made the whole process fun! She kept up with the constantly changing covid guidelines and leaned in to making those changes. In fact, we were able to triple our guest count just one month before the wedding day. Paruul helped us navigate all the challenges, kept us under budget and made our day perfectly beautiful by making sure we incorporated elements that showcased who we are as a couple. Thank you!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We customize each planning and coordination package based on the client's needed. Each wedding is different and requires different levels of support so we work to understand the needs of the day and build a custom quote based on that.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love meeting new customers! The best way for us to get to know more about the wedding day is either through a phone or video consultation. However, we know that some customers prefer email and we can also do a consultation over that.
