- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for cakes is based on size of cake, decorations, fillings, delivery distance, as well as any additional accessories such as a sign. Pricing for cupcakes is based on quantity (the more you order, the cheaper they get!), fillings, and decorations. Please contact me so we can discuss the details of your dessert!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you contact me I'll be back in touch via email or phone to schedule a time to chat about your order either in person or on the phone. I'll need all the details! I'll then give you a contract to sign that outlines the project and will collected a 50% deposit to get started. Final payment will be collected upon delivery.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have five years of experience working in professional kitchens and a lifetime of experience making delicious food for friends, family, and clients. My professional background was focused on pastry and catering.
