- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price is a flat rate per client based upon the event/menu. In addition, the client must pay for all the groceries for the event. Kitchen Rendezvous requires a 50% deposit of the total estimated amount due at the time of signing of the contract for the event.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew up in Lynnwood, Washington. I learned my passion for cooking at an early age and then begin my career at the age of 16. I worked a various number of positions in the food industry for 10 years, starting as a dishwasher and eventually earning the title of a Food Production Specialist, where I managed a crew of 20+ cooks! At age 26, I started my own business. I wanted to break out of the monotony of corporate kitchen life and use my own knowledge of food to create amazing Italian inspired dishes, with the highest quality ingredients, local produce and seafood available. By being a personal chef, I am able to work directly with my customer and bring the restaurant experience, including the Chef, right to your home.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Working business professionals, families, friends, up to 8 that would like a chef to cater for their special event. Birthdays, anniversaries, baby shower, welcome home parties, etc.
