Kim is amazing! Hiring MadeSimple Concierge was the best decision - I only wish I had contacted her sooner. We had to downsize our home for a cross-country move, and it quickly became overwhelming. I knew I needed a professional organizer. Kim came in, assessed the situation, and had a plan of attack. She is so efficient and focused; she quickly turned our chaos into order.
