- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rates are posted at styledseattle.com, and we do have specific packages and straightforward pricing. However, we often customize pricing and style experiences for our clients, which is why it is difficult to quote on this platform. We prefer to meet or talk to on the phone to discuss style goals as a first step.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process involves taking clients shopping (or, rather, we shop FOR them and bring clothing to one of our style suites or directly to the client's home), we help them build comfortable, flattering wardrobes, and then we organize/purge their closet so that getting dressed in the morning is easy and fun!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
