FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
With a package of 6 or more sessions, you receive a discount. Moreover, you can receive up to a 23% discount on a virtual (Zoom) training 12-pack. Please refer to my website for more detailed pricing information.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I like to become better acquainted with my clients. Chat about their fitness goals, discover why they want to be fit, activities they like to do, hobbies, work-life (sedentary or active), nutrition, current workout routines, sports they participate in regularly, their biggest obstacles, etc. Next, I conduct a fitness assessment and take their BMI, body fat percentage, and circumference measurements for tracking purposes. During the fitness assessment, I generally conduct an Overhead Squat, push, pull, or functional movement screen assessment that will reveal muscle dysfunction or imbalances. And design corrective exercises within their programs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my personal training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, NASM. Plus... * Certified Nutrition Coach from NASM. * Corrective Exercise Specialization from NASM * Functional Movement Screen (FMS1) certification. * Current CPR / AED certification.
