Troy responded fast asking questions of what I was looking for in a trainer and what I was looking for in results. Troy is very attentive to my needs, wants. He is very professional and enthusiastic. His work outs are catered to me for my current needs with goals along the way. I highly recommend him and look forward to my work outs with him!

I have had of pleasure of working with Troy for several months now, and in that time my overall strength, conditioning, mobility and flexibility have skyrocketed. Being a firefighter, Troy and I focus on functional fitness that allows me to better perform around the fire station, and especially during emergency situations. Troy is receptive to my needs and goals and tailors each workout as he sees fit. Every workout with Troy challenges me in a way that is outside of my normal weight lifting and cardio routine. It is this break from the "norm" that has resulted in both personal and professional gain. Troy has a great understanding on nutrition and advocates that nutrition is 80% of every health and fitness plan. I have since cleaned up my eating habits and more aware of what I am putting in my body. Most of all, I appreciate that Troy is down to earth, a realist, and doesn't make outlandish claim to me or his clients. Troy advocates there is no substitution to hard work. In short, if you are willing to give Tror 110% percent, you too will be able to achieve your personal fitness goals. It is the best decision I have made.

I have been training with Troy for a few months now. I know that I would never have achieved the level of fitness and wellness I have at my age, if not for the attention Troy gives to me in my training sessions. Troy is always very encouraging and he has a vast knowledge of his profession. I plan to continue to train and maintain a good level of fitness with his help. I highly recommend Troy! Anita

Troy was a fabulous trainer and helped me start on my goals and be able to continue working out on my own. He has a great knowledge of the body anatomy and I have noticed a tremendous change in my body composition and strength level since I started my training sessions with him. I have tried different trainers before him and nothing has come close to the intensity and dynamic nature of The training that Troy gave me.

Troy is awesome! He possesses many qualities such as flexibility, great communication skills, empathy, compassion, and knowledge. He understands the push/pull and ebb/flow of a work out. He is passionate about fitness and he is fit himself not only physically, but in mind and spirit. I would highly recommend him as a personal trainer.
