Ben is very holistic in his approach to personal training. He knows the body mechanics of training but he is also very in touch with how the mind influences any progress made in personal training. I came to Ben at a very transitional time in my life and he really listened to what I needed to be successful in our sessions. His questions, "What will make it a Great Day Today", and "What are you Grateful for Today" set the tone for our sessions. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Sessions are 45 minutes long. Training is sold in 3 and 6 month packages that are billed monthly. The longer you sign up the lower your training sessions cost. I also offer a free 30 minute introduction session to all new prospective clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I hold a Bachelors Degree in Exercise & Wellness from Arizona State University, as well as being NSCA Certified as a trainer and NESTA Certified as a nutritionist.
- What types of customers have you worked with?A combination of home personal training, group training and meal preparation makes up the bulk of my business.
