Our pricing changes depending on the type of service you request and the location of the job, and we often offer special discounts when services are packaged together.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step in setting up any kind of service is a detailed discussion of your needs. This can be done via email, phone, or in person, depending on what works best for you. Once we know exactly what you need we can tell you exactly what we can provide and what the costs of different services are. We can set budgets and time expectations and firm up scheduling. Then we're ready to go!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Denise's work in the pet industry - including owning her own dog walking and pet sitting business as well as working in a doggie daycare - have given her over a decade of experience caring for animals. As for cleaning, working at high end vacation resorts has instilled an attention to detail above and beyond what you might expect from a small, local business.
