Introduction: Ironically, I'm a lifelong cat lover, my parents weren't pet people so we were lucky to get a series of cats. Fortuitously I took a job during the Great Recession as a housekeeper for a family of dog lovers and it didn’t take long to fall in love with them. Those dogs became the inspiration for this business.
Since 2009. I've been pet sitting and dog walking in SE Seattle neighborhoods. In order to offer a broader range of services I
mentored under a retired Vet Tech and have administered insulin injections, subq fluids, tube feedings, pills, ear and eye meds.I'm insured through Pet Sitters Associates LLC as well as Rover and I’m certified in Pet CPR and First Aid.
I provide neighborhood solo leash walks for dogs, drop-in visits for cats and dogs and overnight pet sitting in Madison Park, Madrona, Seward Park, Columbia City, Lakewood, Mt. Baker & Leschi.
I've walked a variety of dogs from puppies to seniors, small to large. There have been mellow ones, athletic ones, insane retrievers, tireless swimmers, meticulous sniffers and one year old rescue puppy so anxious outside, we thought he'd never been taken out or socialized but was all personality indoors. I adjust their activity to meet the needs of the dog and their owners.
I've worked with a wide variety of cats too, from kittens to ancient seniors, from shy homebodies to avid hunters and bouncing-off-the-walls juveniles and I've loved them all.
