- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a lifelong learner and stay up to date on all the latest developments. I attend workshops and trainings on a regular basis, attend and host many user groups, and teach others how to do this type of work.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I used to work with Apple for the PNW Education Market. I saw the birth of QuickTime when it was four frames of a running horse tied to audio and recognized that this would soon be full screen video. I was on the beta team for Adobe Premiere, the first digital video editing application and did workshops and presentations on the use of multimedia. When Apple begin opening Training Centers I started Discovery Tools to secure the Seattle Market as an Apple Authorized Training Center and then became an Adobe Authorized Training Center as well.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Training and production work for the following services. Video and Audio Production with Apple & Adobe Products: Advertising, Promotional, Corporate, Event, Wedding, Memorial, Music, Documentary, & Education. Photography: Portrait, Family & Children, Wedding, Legacy, Corporate, Landscape, Food, and Archival. Web Site & Social Media Development with care to have good mobile presence since this represents 70% of web traffic today. Mobile App and Book Development.
