Introduction: Our specialties include the following: 1-pressure washing, residential and commercial properties. 2-roof and gutters cleaning We use a safe method of roof cleaning "Note: pressure wash is not recommended for roof cleaning" here some roof cleaning options: #1 We begin by agitating any large clumps of moss Then, we blow of all the loose debris of the roof with a commercial-grade, backpack blower. We clean all the debris from the inside of the gutters. We then apply granular zinc sulfate to the roof to control any remaining moss. Zinc sulfate is effective and won't harm your plants or siding. Rain and wind naturally wash away any remaining moss. #2 soft wash this process is safe and very efficient for roof cleaning.

The work crew arrived as scheduled, did a great job cleaning a complicated roof and gutters with many gables. The pressure washing of the cement deck and attached sidewalks came out looking like new. They had all of the equipment and expertise needed for this job and their performance was outstanding.

Pedro and his brother cleaned my roof and treated it for moss (even took before and after photos to show me.) Then they came back the next day and pressure washed my house, walkways, stairs, driveway, patio, picnic table, and fence. I have this work done every 3 years, but this is the first time I have used Pedro Bonilla. They did a awesome job - best ever. They are professional, polite, courteous, pleasant, on time to the minute both days, well spoken, educated, outstanding customer service, excellent work, take credit cards as well as checks, clean-up is spotless, contacted me when they had a question, followed all my picky idiosyncrasies to the letter (e.g. saving a Columbine plant that had grown up in a walkway), accurate with their quote and the time it would take, competitively priced. I will definitely hire them again next year and recommend them to my neighbors :) :) :)

I hired Pedro to pressure wash the outside of my 2 story house and small patio deck. He arrive on time, moved all the patio furniture and plants (and put them back) and did a great job for a very reasonable price. Would certainly recommend him!

Pedro was fantastic. He and his brother are a 2 man team. Very communicative and professional. The job I requested was no small work order...a banner covering 2 sides of a 405,000 sq ft building! I would highly recommend Graffiti Removal and Pressure Washing!
