Introduction: How does your service stand out? My name is Lu Leslan. I have been teaching piano for 25+ years. I work with beginners to advanced students. My teaching covers technique, repertoire, music theory, sound production, sight-reading, and performance. I support the goals of my student with careful guidance. Regular communication with parents is helpful for younger students learning. I'm proud to say that many of my students received top honors in piano. The performance skills they acquired from piano gave them the confidence for bigger challenges ahead. Ms.Lu teach my daughter to play piano for three years. She is really professional piano teacher. She help my daughter to pass the grade 6 of ABRS Exam and the grade 5 of theory test. And give her more skills for playing Jazz. Ms.Lu is nice teacher and kids love her. She work on time and hardly. How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started teaching piano when I studied in the National Academy of Arts in Taipei, Taiwan. When I moved to the States and began I studies in ASU I started teaching students near by. After I graduated, my family relocated to Seoul, Korea where I was hired as a music specialist at the British School. I taught music and piano since 1990.
