- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our pricing is in line with other more traditional property management companies; however, we look to go above and beyond with our full-service management. Homeowners can be at peace knowing that your property is insured, we have an in-house maintenance team, you’ll have a dedicated account manager, we provide professional monthly cleanings, and then of course we do everything from marketing, tenant placement, turnover management, home care, payments, etc. Our pricing is as follows: 10% management fee (when occupied), lease up fees (up to 100% for leases of 7 months or more), 0% markup on Maintenance, and an optional flat furnishing fee.
