Rebecca was a wonderful tutor and really helped maintain the spark of learning I had in studying Spanish. She was bright, and fully understanding of my particular situation. I am not the best student in the world, but she is the best teacher and I couldn't have asked any more. ¡La mejor de las suertes!Aug 12, 2018Verified
Rebecca is an excellent Spanish tutor! She is very qualified, professional and organized as well as being very patient and friendly. I felt comfortable with her personality and teaching style right away!Aug 9, 2016Verified
Becky is a wonderful teacher. I hired her two years ago and have really enjoyed learning Spanish. I'm slow! But Becky is patient, funny, kind, knowledgeable, and flexible. She teaches at a number of local community colleges, so she's not just someone who hung out a shingle. She knows how to teach languages.Oct 13, 2015Verified

Muchas gracias, Raquelita. Me encanta trabajar contigo y con las dos Lauritas. No es trabajo para mi sino un placer.Type your response to this review.
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I usually charge $50 per hour, but several students meet with me more than once a week, so I charge them less per hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? We meet for a free session to see if we are a good match for working together. We discuss materials, our schedules and the student's learning style.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have an MA In Spanish from the U of W, and have taught at two local colleges for 18 years. I am also a certified medical interpreter, so I have a lot of knowledge about medical terminology. I am a certified TESOL instructor and have worked with international students from all over the globe.
