Dennis showed up in time and a bit early and worked very well on hanging our Christmas lights and removing them. He came over and made me three short hand rails for my stairs and installed them. Then he removed cardboard and paper for recycling from our move. i recommend Dennis for this type of work.

Despite a "tornado" and two day power outage, the replacement of our deck stairs and railings turned out great!!

Zack is a quality workman, he really takes pride in what he does. He installed a fence, repaired my deck and repaired my railings. It is hard to find someone who you vcan trust , I'm so glad I found Zack, I had never met him and was apprehensive to hire someone I didn't know, I glad I did. I highly recommend him, feel free to call me.

We had a very small baseboard installation job with three challenging "transitions" - one to a tile baseboard and two to a stairway with different base design. Beyond our DIY abilities so we needed pro help! John came and worked with us on ideas until we were happy with the plan. Kevin did the work and we are happy with the result - particularly happy with the tile transition which involved removing old and setting a new piece of tile - beautiful result. Pleasant guys, easy to work with, took care with canvas drop cloths to keep carpet protected during job. Only reason not 5 stars is two missed appointments for original bid/measurement - once job got started, all expectations met. Would definitely hire again.

Excellent project vision. High quality work. On time, on budget. Great Communicator. We hired Mike to put in a new staircase in our 1924 craftsman home which required cutting open the floor, creating a new load bearing support wall, matching the rise and run of the staircase to land where we specified (not an easy feat), adding lighting, railings, and insulating and sheet rocking the entire thing. All in a fairly confined space where he had to navigate around gas lines, our garage door, a very choppy cement garage floor to build off of, and under floor radiant heating. The final result far exceeded our expectations, especially given that we had no architectural plans, just a vision. Mike was gracious and patient with us, coming over four separate times to listen to our ideas on the project and work with us to develop a vision of the final product. There are many things we appreciated about working with Mike, a few that stand out: Quality of the work: We let Mike know from the start that we were putting in the staircase only so that we could sell our house. Another contractor might have done just an 'OK' job knowing that we wouldn't have to live with the results. It's clear that Mike and his team take great pride in their work because they were absolutely meticulous; adding detail trim and thoughtful touches. The construction was extremely solid, and for a house that is 90 years old, I have no doubt that staircase will be there 90 years from now. Communication: Anytime I texted or called Mike, I got a very prompt response. He kept us updated on the project progress throughout. We feel like he really listened to us all the way through. If he wasn't sure about a particular detail, he was humble enough to say so and he got us an answer as soon as possible. Thoughtfulness: Mike and his team showed an abundance of care at my house, leaving everything cleaner than they found it. I had no worries whatsoever handing over the keys to my house to Mike and his team. They were very respectful, true professionals, and just very nice people to be around. My only regret is not hiring Mike to do the staircase right after I purchased the house rather than right before I plan to sell it. Thanks Mike & Team!

Brookfield Stairs was very professional and did excellent work! The house we bought had old stairs that were built very evenly successfully sectioned off parts of the house into small enclosed spaces. Dave and his crew came and opened up the living room/dining room/upstairs balcony space into one open area, allowing light to permeate the house, giving our home a completely open and updated feel. The stairs became the centerpiece for the house, and is always a topic of discussion with visitors. The attention to detail that you guys paid to every joint, angle, screw, and attachment, was much appreciated because my stairs look like a work of art rather than just a part of the house.

Front deck stairs. We wanted something simple, welcoming, that would improve curb appeal and complement the house. I had a concept in mind but needed someone who could execute our idea and make the details work with our particular setting. I knew there were some challenges because of our sloping lot, some tricky angles I envisioned and working with our jurisdiction. Nathan was creative, professional and a very good craftsman. We are very happy with the end result.

I hired B & M Handyman Services to fix a step support and restain my deck. Mark went above and beyond what I had hired him to do and inspected both the stairs and deck for any any issues. He replaced all my stairs and added another support to each side plus added support beams to the railing. The deck came out looking even better than when it was originally built 12 years ago. I would highly recommend hiring B & M Handyman Services. Not only is their work outstanding but their customer service is excellent.

We used Woods Welders to build the Railing for the main stair in our house. We were very pleased with the work. Our designer then used them to have a custom light fixture made for the dining room. Beautiful! You should definitely work with these guys.
