I had a Boston Whaler in the Edmonds Marina that I was looking to sale and I needed the upholstery cleaned in my boat. I was given the phone number of Bristol Carpets by a good friend of mine and I decided to give them a call. They were on time and sent a professional technician who didn't damage the upholstery and made the boat smell like new! I would recommend anyone looking to get their carpets serviced to contact Bristol!
Our gutters were overflowing during a rainstorm causing water to enter our home. Nolan came and cleaned them well (during quite a downpour). He was timely, courteous, and ethical. We would use him again!!
Jameson and Tessa responded immediately and professionally to a water damage problem in a rental property. They resolved the problem and the tenant said they were nice to work with. I will call them again!
I give Corey my highest recommendation! Not only did he respond quickly to my request for a quote, his was the most reasonable quote of the four I received. He further showed his professionalism by arriving five minutes early for our appointment on Easter Sunday! He pressure washed my walk way and driveway perfectly showing great care not to damage my new asphalt. He is fun and personable and I liked him so much, I called my neighbors and got them to use him for their walkways as well! Call Corey, you won't be sorry!
I had a large portion of my roof blown off in the last wind storm and two separate leaks. Brian came out right away gave me a bid. We set up a date and time. He was on time to everything scheduled. All of the leaks are fixed and the wind damage is repaired and looks great! If you have any problems with your roof let Brian know! This guy knows what he's talking about. I would hire him again in a heartbeat! The work, the price, the way that Brian and B&M Construction handles their customers and business is absolutely amazing! Thanks guys you are top notch!
Mogi did everything that we asked for, on time, on budget and they were very aware of keeping our home protected from any associated damage. Yes, communication can at times be difficult with somewhat of a language barrier but if client if very specific and thorough with required details, project will turn out fine
Criss and his crew took out three huge cedar trees for us, built a new cedar fence and a new picket fence. They were so quick and efficient when removing the cedars. We were expecting our yard to look like a warzone after those trees came down, but Criss and his crew did a great job cleaning up after. The new fences look great. We are very happy with the services Criss provided and will definitely call him again in the future.
They repaired a ceiling plaster where water damage had been badly repaired in the past. It looks amazing! They also painted. They were prompt and cleaned up everything. I would use them again if I weren't moving away from the area.
Jeff did a fantastic job rebuilding two wood decks and replacing several water damaged boards and siding on our mobile home. When additional work was required, he was always careful to explain what he found and how it should be fixed it before he moved ahead. He took great care to not only fix the existing damage, but make the repairs in a way to avoid potential damage in the future. I cannot recommend Jeff enough.
Robert & Julie, I cant express my gratitude enough to both of you for the excellent work you did for my mother! I was lucky to have found you through Thumbtack. You responded to my request within a couple hours and met me and my mother the very next day. You walked in to an awful situation a total mess, due to a bad, inexcusable, sloppy delivery job from Sears. Their laziness caused severe water damage from the new refrigerator my mother purchased, as they did not put on the new water hose (which my mother paid for) and left the old one on, which split open and caused a leak. My mother (who is 71 years old) and I were getting nowhere with Sears. They didnt want to take responsibility. We didnt know how to proceed. You went way above and beyond your job as a contractor. You told us about the laws in Washington State and that Sears and their delivery contractors are 100% liable. You said you would make all the calls and that she wouldnt have to pay a dime. You called all the right people (which took hours and hours of your time) and got the ball rolling! You were able to get her home owners insurance to step in right away and pay for the damages upfront so you could begin working right away, so that my mom could use her kitchen, hallway, and bedroom again. You were able to get her home owners insurance to go after Sears/delivery Contractor Company! You also did many, many other things for us. You noticed little things here and there that needed to be fixed in her house and didnt charge her for fixing them. Nobody else would do this. One of the many things you did that goes way above and beyond is that you saw what a hassle it was for mom to get in and out of her house, due to the doors and screen doors having 3 separate keys!!! Juliethank you for going and making her one key that fits all of the doors!! You also dealt with Home Depot for us, for damaged doors they put in and the damage they caused installing them. You again made all the calls (which took hours of phone time again) and were able to get the store manager and supervisor out to moms house. You got her half her money back and got the OK to fix it properly and repair the damage! You certainly didnt have to do this. But I know you did it because you heard what a nightmare it had caused my mother and that they were not being fair to her. Thank you for the fantastic work you did fixing my mothers house, Robert! Thank you, Julie, for all of your help, sitting with my mom and being her friend, and helping out Robert every step of the way. You both are very compassionate, honest, hard-working, and all-around awesome! You took the stress off my mom by taking care of everything. EVERYTHING!! As you know, this is just a short summary of what you did for us. We know that you are way more than a contractor. You both are beautiful people with big hearts. Ill be forever grateful to you. Kathy Willoughby
In August 2012 Mike Kennedy gave me a written estimate of time and materials to replace hardware and repair damage to the wood on my front door and exterior trim. He completed the job in the estimated time and for the quoted price. I was satisfied with the results and will use him again.
Jose responded to my posting quickly, came out to provide an estimate the next day, and did the job as soon as the insurance company provided the estimate. They replaced a couple of posts in my garage that were damaged by a pizza delivery driver. This seemingly minor job involved everything from bracing a major beam that runs across the front of my house to some painting and minor finish work. The work was solid and as promised. They did the job while I was at work, and when I came home, the garage was swept out and they also had swept my driveway. In every stage of the job, they were professional and courteous. I would have them do more work in a heartbeat. Thank you very much!!!
We are in the process of selling our home, and when the first rain hit Washington someone looking at our house noticed a leak in the garage. Due to wind damage at some point, insurance said to replace our roof. Since we are selling to move out of state and my husband already has moved, we were looking at getting it done fast. Synergy was able to come out to look at it the day after contacting them, had everything order and delivered 2 days later, and my roof was completed in 3 days. I am glad to have another big project done on the house before we have inspections. My only advice would be to make sure contractors clean up after themselves. There were some cigarette butts in our driveway That were left by one of the contractors, which doesn't look good when showing a home!
Wonderful project manager; very knowledgeable and reassuring. All their employees were punctual, respectful and professional. They helped us with water damage and were always honest about options and costs. Highly recommend.
Vaughn did an amazing job on the replacement of my front door and storm door after they had been damaged by thieves who robbed my home. Vaughn isn't like typical fly-by-night contractors that hurry through a job, he is what I consider "old school". He takes the time to get the job done right and is somewhat a perfectionist making certain everything fits perfectly. In my opinion, there is nothing wrong with a worker who wants to take extra time to do the job right the first time. I hope lots of folks use Vaughn's service and they can see for themselves what good comes from hard work and job well done! Thanks so much Vaughn!!!
Very professional and punctual, excellent job performance on the water damage we had and the reconstruction of our restaurant including walls and floors. Very much recommend this company
SOS Water Damage Services provided superior service when I had a water issue at my home. From the start with a very quick response time. Highly knowledgeable of the situation and all aspects that needed to go into the project, from tear out to dry out and reconstruct. Also, tremendous in the understanding of dealing with and processing the claim through homeowners insurance. Every member of the crew were professional at every moment and went above and beyond to ensure that my home was kept clean and restored to better than new. Attention to detail and communication were impeccable. I will use SOS Water Damage Services for any future needs for both myself as well as my client’s homes.
Paul and his team was able to fix the corner-structure on my home caused by a truck impact, which is a huge relief. The front of the house now has natural stone fascia and sills adding more curb appeal and nosey slow drivers (opposite of normal). The inside of the damaged room needed flooring replaced and drywall repaired/replaced along with external vinyl siding salvage and transfer. The project really came together and looks great. The stone work and repairs Paul's team did is very appreciated and I recommend with high confidence for future projects. Thanks Paul & Co I look forward to the future projects with Pro-Custom Contracting when timing is right. Thanks again!
Noe provided us with a competitive, fair quote and he and his crew did a great job on our project - which was replacing two decks with trex, replacing a flat roof under the deck, painting, and repairing a ton of dry rot and mold damage in the room underneath the leaking flat roof (replacing drywall, installing a huge new window, crown molding work, trim, etc). He worked extremely hard and was a great communicator. There were times when we had to leave for a trip so we just left him the keys to our house and felt extremely comfortable doing that. Our deck looks great! We have had so many compliments from people on it. I would not hesitate to recommend Noe to anyone. He was an excellent communicator also and if there was something I didn't like (I am a bit picky!) he would fix it to my liking, which I really appreciated :) Thanks again Noe!

"Emergency Drying Out Homes and Business." We are a caring, family-run business established in 1975, offering old time craftsmanship with modern equipment and knowledge. We feel proud to be able to respond to your water damage or mold or sewage damage with empathy and speed, and bring it back to the pre-damaged condition. Although our work is accepted by and paid for by all insurance companies, we are not working for them, we are working for you. They have preferred providers they have contracts with, that they will recommend, but the law says you have the right to choose who does the work. The preferred provider will put the insurance company ahead of you and corners can be cut. We will not do that to you. We are small enough to have the owners personally run every job, big or small; and have expensive specialized equipment like a $14,000 thermal imaging camera that bigger companies aren't willing to have available for each job. We love this work and would love to do the work for you. We can also show you what needs to be done and we would rent our specialized drying equipment to you and monitor the drying progress with our test equipment, providing delivery and pick-up of equipment.
