Latest Review: Jeremy has been a fantastic personal trainer! I had prior neck & shoulder injuries which made me apprehensive about strength training & working out. He is very knowledgable and able to help me workout safely while still pushing me to be my best. So glad I chose NJoy Fitness :-)

Latest Review: Here’s a small background about myself to provide a little extra validity to my review on Balance Performance Fitness: I am a certified Athletic Trainer and am familiar with body mechanics, injury prevention, nutrition, health & wellness, exercise, etc. Ben worked with me consistently for about two months - still is involved with my workout routines whenever a little extra help is needed. Anyways, for those of you who are looking for a personal trainer, I highly recommend choosing Balance Performance Fitness to work with Ben. Overall he is a great coach who focuses on what your individual needs are specifically. He is able to challenge you in a positive way, and give you direct answers/reasons to any questions you have concerning your health or goals. Unlike other personal trainers that I’ve worked with where they either talk in circles, or use the same workout plan for every client; Ben strives in building a good rapport with you to be sure he is able to meet your expectations on your personal fitness goals. My experience having Ben as a coach was phenomenal. I have always struggled with putting in the work to strengthen my lower body - wether it was just pure lack of focus, no motivation, and just out of ideas for workouts that really blasted my muscles. While working with Ben I was able to overcome all of that and hit new PR’s (personal records) in all aspects. From front squat, backsquat. Deadlifts, to bench press, pull-ups etc. you name it. I have been the strongest I have ever been after just having Ben as my coach for two months, pushing me and finding ways to target my specific goals. So again, if you want to hit your fitness goals and have been struggling with them, I suggest just take that next step and at least talk to Ben to see if he will be a good fit for you. One word of advice though, if you do hire him, be sure you are ready to put in the work. There are no such thing as ‘excuses’ when it comes down to training with Ben and I think that is what makes him a remarkable personal trainer.

Latest Review: Maryliah is always waiting for me at the front desk when I walk in with a smile on her face and words of encouragement about what a great workout we are going to have. We have been working on specific areas to build strength for the last year, identified during a thorough interview at the onset, and she is always mixing up the lifts and exercises so I never get bored. I have more than doubled my strength in one year and cannot wait to see what this next year brings. I highly recommend her as your Certified Personal Trainer.

Latest Review: I highly recommend Cormaster Fitness. I have been working with Corbin Schweitzer for approximately a year now. In that time, through Corbin's training, nutritional guidance, positive motivation and encouragement, I have lost 30 pounds, several inches and about 3 sizes. I have gained muscle, flexibility, an appreciation for fitness, and a greater confidence in my abilities. If you are looking for a positive, motivational environment to be successful in your fitness goals, Corbin is the guy for you!

Latest Review: I've been training with Nick for over two years. Nick worked with me on a plan, combining nutritional goals, supplements, weight training and cardio. Over the last two years, he's kept me on target, motivating me to continue to make progress and to track progress on a regular basis. Nick is thoroughly professional, never misses an appointment and is flexible on the rare days when I need to reschedule. He gives his all during every session, motivating me to push toward my limits - but never beyond what I'd feel comfortable with. He takes pride in his client's growth and is personally invested in making every client reach his/her goals.

Latest Review: *Six sessions package review* I have lived a sedentary lifestyle (too much computer!) for most of my adulthood (21-31) with minuscule to no training. I've been to the gym maybe a handful of times during that time? I decided to do something about it finally, and am glad I found Kendall. He is a great teacher of technique, a "positivity"-driven motivator, and will be by your side to talk with you when you're out of breath and on the ground for 10 minutes! He creates lesson plans daily and then uploads them to a Google drive where you can look at them later. I say an area is sore, he pinpoints it and details the reason why it is. Also if it hurts too much, he cuts that exercise immediately. He is diligent about avoiding injury. Communication is great. I also had to postpone a session once, and we rescheduled, no problem! After three sessions, I was fiddling with my computer chair settings that have been set for 2 years+. I didn't think much of it until after the sixth workout where I realized my posture had improved! It just felt super crisp and natural. It was quite a "eureka" moment for me that I need this in my life. And I can also (almost) touch my toes without bending my knees (with foam rolling and stretching on the side) which is great progress. 5/5 - Recommended from a newbie! *14 sessions booked after*

Latest Review: Let me tell you about my experience with Marinello Fitness. I contacted Daniel approximately 6 months before I was due to go to Navy Boot Camp. I was 30 years old and at 195lbs, I was overweight. I hadn't really worked out very much in my life, and so I wasn't used to doing so and as such I was very unfit. I couldn't even do five push ups and I certainly couldn't run down to the end of the a football field without being out of breath about half way there. To be able to be boot camp ready I had to lose some pounds, be able to do more push ups and sit ups as well as run 1.5 miles. I had to be able to compete with 18 years old who were fresh out of high school. It was a very intimidating prospect for my future and it left me very anxious. After contacting Daniel, he promptly got back in touch with me and after first assessing my current level of fitness, he came up with a great work out plan to help me reach my goals and that met my budget restraints. The plan was for five days a week of personal training and was not overly difficult, and he was careful to help me make sure that I didn't injure myself. He also gave exceptional advice on diet and nutrition that was healthy, and would still enable me to have delicious food. Throughout the entire process Daniel was never judgmental and was very patient, pleasant, encouraging, and always cared about my long term success, he is an amazing motivator. By the end of my time time working with Daniel I ended up being able to reach all of my goals, losing more than 20lbs, and not only meeting, but exceeding the requirements to pass Navy Boot Camp. I was able to do more sit-ups than any of the 18 year-olds that were there! If you ever have the privilege to work with Daniel, I suggest you take it. He will help you reach all of your goals in a way better than anyone else can. I also know for a fact that Daniel is always getting big dollar offers from oil rich Sheikhs in the Middle East to help them with their fitness and their golf game, so make use of him while you still have him.
