Hired VitKol for a rooftop antenna installation and cable run down the side of the house. Job was done quickly and professionally for a reasonable price.

We really appreciate the team's great communication, punctuality, and flexibility on pricing and even payment method. The finished gate looks even better than expected and will probably last much longer than the gate they replaced that another professional had redone last year.

Details: 2 - 5 hours (A few different projects) • Repairs • Bathroom • Deck or porch • Cabinets • Home

Vitkol's work was great and he finished it in about 1.5 hrs. The safety bars feel very secure. We provided the safety bars and the secure mount that were used for the installation, but his work is very clean and looks very professional. We would hire them again.

I didn't get to hire because our guest changed their mind. But very pleasant communication and reasonable quote. Quick replies.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

The cost of each work almost always includes tax (unless other rules apply). Additional costs are possible (which appear during work). But before any additional costs, I always discuss this with the client and explain why this needs to be done or choose options that will suit the client. Discounts are available to all clients who continue to work with me more than once and each subsequent time when hired or recommended. your friends/acquaintances or family (if confirmed).

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    1. Inspection of the place of installation of tiles (floor, walls, kitchen) 2. How much the client is willing to spend on the purchase of tiles and work. 3. Choice of tiles, discussion of terms of work and additional questions.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

My first piece of advice is the experience of the master (having studied his reviews of previous projects), but remember that some clients may leave a bad review only because they did not like the value offered for the work. And secondly, regarding the cost of work, do not look for the cheapest options (unless you like to do work every 6-12 months). Now is a difficult time and prices change very often for both work and material. If you don’t like the value, you can always discuss it with the master and the two of you can come to a decision where you can change something.
