Troy is the only professional I will hire to do any window work around here. I did not realize how many steps actually go into professional window washing until I watched him work. Soaping, scraping, squeegee-ing, drying, and then detailing all the corners. Inside and out. I also liked the way he charges per pane. Very fair. I hired him just to do one side of the house, but ended up having him do it all while he was here. Oh my. Very polite. Very direct. Very quick. Respectful of outdoor landscaping and indoor floors carpets and drapes. Neat and tidy. I am very pleased with the job he did. I really believe you won’t find anyone better around the Seattle area. He is clearly overqualified, but likes his work and his clients.

Troy is a great man to clean your windows. We lucked out and he was available within a week of contacting him. He was very thorough and stayed to get the job done. Our home is in the woods and had not been cleaned since before we purchased the home. There was a lot of build up on the windows and now they a crystal clear with no streaks. He did the screens and trim on every window. An added bonus is he dealt with all of the spiders that had made a home along the window trim. Troy also put replaced the lightbulbs in our chandelier and in our vaulted ceiling lights. Something I would have hire someone else to fix but Troy had the equipment and got the job done. We would recommend Troy anytime.

Our home with a view needed help. Now our windows are clean and clear. Troy assessed the fee and we had 15 windows cleaned, inside and out. Two were skylights. We’re located at the Steamboat Island peninsula, so I recommend to anyone in our area and beyond. We will definitely schedule Clear Skies Enterprises again!
