Wes came by our house and looked at refinishing a lamp and a large wood carving. He gave us a quote and a delivery time. He delivered on time And we were so happy with his work that we gave him a ceder hope chest to take back with him to work his magic on. He just delivered it the other day, and it turned out beautiful. We will use him again when we have other projects.

Project is complete. My project consisted of 4 double wood French style door jams, and 1 single wood French style door jam going into my courtyard that was rotting due to weather elements and rain over 13 years. I also had an additional garage entry door jam to be fixed as well. The jams needed to be sanded and repaired, even replaced in some areas with new wood. The thresholds were all replaced as well. Then sanded to match, caulked and painted. It was a delicate process to match the existing door and look of the custom home, as well as the surrounding stucco. The project took a total of 8 working days, 6 of which Bob had the help of his buddy Rick. I will upload before and after photos. I am more than happy with the outcome. The materials did not cost much, it is Bob's time and skill that was the main costs involved in the project. Well worth the outcome and quality. Thank you Bob & Rick!

Robert mounted my very large and heavy headboard to the wall. It involved trimming some wood off the headboard then affixing a bracket to the wall then attaching the headboard to the bracket. Getting the measurements correct and having the bracket level were critical with very little room for error. Everything went perfectly. I'm very happy with the work and will definitely use Robert again.

Doug Buck installed a sizeable front landing for our duplex using Trex, cedar, and pressure-treated wood. He and Dave also installed back steps utilizing the same materials. His final product was excellent. Doug is easy to work with, reliable, kind, hard-working, & $$ reasonable. I would not hesitate to hire them for another project. Thank you, Doug!

I had such a wonderful experience with Ingrained Furniture & Cabinetry. Extremely responsive, and was able to understand the project so well to be able to effectively communicate and improvise, all of this while working with a bit of a rushed deadline. Kind and attentive customer service. Highly recommended, and I plan to refer more people to Ingrain Furniture should a fitting project or opportunity arise.

Andrew Smith, owner of Capstone General Contracting,Inc. Has done extensive remodeling work for me; including the tear out and rebuilding of a staircase, installing wood flooring, the gutting of a game room and it's complete redo. This work included his doing all the associated electrical, plumbing, sheetrock, texture and painting etc. I have found him to be conscientious and hard working. He has all the nessasary tools for many types of work, and the ability to use them. I do intend to use him again.

Paul responded quickly to my custom wood working request. He was very open to my ideas and offered me good suggestions based on his years of experience. I visited his very nice shop this week and we completed my project quickly. His pricing was very fair and he was fun to talk with and hang out with. If you have a cool project and need some expert help Paul is the guy!

Robbie did work for us at two houses. He worked to design a shed to facilitate noise suppression of heat pump installed at a relative's home. What was impressive about that job was not only his work to identify the most effective materials, but his staging of the build and communication/coordination with us at key points to allow for adjustments as needed. He also remodeled/rebuilt our backyard deck and front porch. His selection of wood and design of the porch and deck/gates is artistic and beautifully constructed -- and it's now a space that we occupy regularly. His schedule projections were accurate, and he completed the work in a timely manner. We have enjoyed working with Robbie - and very much appreciate his skills. We will be contracting with him for interior work for our next project.

It was Woodies on the Wharf - 1999 when I first met Rick and he gave me and my son over two hours of time talking about wood and its future on my 1950 Shoebox that just started in its restoration. Six months later, he gave me a half day in his shop going over the details on fitting and finishing. I was so impressed that I have helped in fitting and finishing two additional Shoebox woodies. Rick knows his stuff and has been helpful in many ways to me over the past dozen years and I would recommend him to anyone just getting started. My wife and I have driven our woodie 86,000 miles in the last decade and the wood has held up with absolutely no problems even though I have had to give it several coats of varnish along the way. We have even won a few Best of Shows!

I saw a platform bed frame/headboard that Cedar had made for someone and immediately ordered a queen frame. The headboard was be made from an 80 year old tree from my yard. He explained the finishes and the expected outcome which was spot-on and incredible. Great value for a one-of-a-kind piece of furniture. Cedar is also very personable and professional.

I hired Custom Fence Company to build a large and very complex fence with three different fence types. They arrived on time for the estimate. They provided very good guidence and recommendations and made it easy for me to make the decisions. Their quote form was easy to read (typed and sent by email). I hired them and they arrived on time to start the job and my fence is beautiful! Twice when they were building it, they had questions and they stopped and found out what I wanted, giving me options (one was a plant that was in the way). They were professional, fast and the finished fence is perfect! I would hire them again and I have recommended them to my family and friends! --Carl

Robbie Bumpus is an artist with wood. He has repaired and created many pieces for me. The repairs were on antiques and his workmanship and knowledge of what would be appropriate impressed me. Visiting him in his studio is always like a trip back in time when doing excellent work and offering gracious service are the important values. I cannot praise Robbie's work and ethic high enough.
