- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?If I am doing a Will, Durable Power of Attorney, Directive to Physicians etc., I prepare the documents with a flat fee for one document or for all documents. I do not charge extra for phone calls or preparing all copies necessary.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?A Will, Directive to Physicians, Durable Power of Attorney can be done as a package or a Will alone. Potential clients must sign a contract that I cannot provide legal advice.
