Introduction: My mission and purpose is to assist and serve others through the sacred practices that have guided me through life. I am an E-RYT and received my Yoga Teaching Certification through CorePower Yoga in 2015. I have completed 2 additional continuing education courses since. I also began my practice of Sound Healing using crystal singing bowls, my voice, gong and other instruments at this same time. I love sharing this intuitive practice to assist others in healing through sacred vibration. I received Reiki initiations with Diane Larson at Seattle City Reiki in 2017 and Teresa Carnicelli in June of 2020. In the summer of 2018 I began my personal practice and study of breathwork, then formally with Jamie Renee Lashbrook aka Shira Stardrift in May of 2019. Soon after I began to study light language, Shamanic Healing, Ancestral medicine and Soul Retrieval with Sarai Schneider of Hathors Circle. Most recently I have been attuned to Sekhem energy Healing as of 2021. It is through all of these modalities that I can offer something unique. I have the ability to pull from multiple lineages at any given time, allowing me to provide you with the medicine that will be most potent for you.

Private Yoga Instruction

I have been looking for Private Yoga lessons for a while but have been very uncomfortable about starting. I tried Thumbtack and was blessed to find Natalie. She called me after our initial contact and was sincerely excited about the why I wanted to start yoga and meditation. I went from feeling hopeless I would never find anyone to be excited because someone understood me and my goals and made me even more motivated to achieve them.

Natalie has the voice of an angel. If you haven't heard her sing during a sound bath, your missing out. Jerred and Natalie have a very powerful bond when working together. Natalie radiates joy and healing energy. Every time I practice yoga with her is a gift to myself. She's the best at giving adjustments to help you relax into or align with a pose. She is very intuitive, so her yoga instruction can vary depending on the group she is teaching. I often see her connecting with many people individually, as well as bringing the group together as one. I also have had the benefit of hearing her beautiful voice through sound meditation/sound healing. The crystal singing bowls and vocals are truly healing and brought up so much emotion for me.
