Started guitar lessons a couple of months ago and couldn't be happier. I was self taught and played by ear. Didn't feel I had time for lessons. But, I was missing a lot of the fundamentals. The lessons have started to fill in the gaps and I'm learning a lot faster than before. I wish I started these lessons a couple of years ago. And way too easy taking these lessons at my place. Highly recommended!

I have taken classical guitar course from Mary for about half a year. She is a very professional and friendly teacher. She teaches people not only playing guitar, but also understanding and enjoying the music. I personally really enjoy the experience learning classical guitar with her.

I always wanted to learn to play guitar, and tried several times to teach myself without success. The idea of taking guitar lessons was super intimidating to me, but I decided to give it a shot, and I'm so glad I did. Ryan is an amazing instructor. His passion for teaching is obvious, and I feel like I learned so much from him in a short amount of time. He addresses all the things any new player faces such as a lack of confidence and bad habits. Right away I felt comfortable and encouraged, and I looked forward to lessons every week. The lessons motivated me to want to practice and work through everything I was learning, and they were always fun. Ryan has a great sense of humor and a knack for using pizza metaphors to explain music theory :) I can't say enough great things about my experience, and I encourage anyone considering lessons with Ryan to definitely go for it. You won't be disappointed.

My daughter and I decided to take guitar lessons together, we were fortunate that Neal was contacted on our behalf and he immediately made a connection with us both and our one hour lessons each week ensued. We progressed from acoustic to electric, from Albert King, Taylor Swift, ZZTop, to the Beatles what a great musical journey for my daughter for over three and a half years. Heck we even played Don't Stop Believin' in a recital together!!! Great times, great music teacher, real human being; I wholeheartedly recommend Neal to anyone desiring guitar lessons for any genre of music, and any age group! Andy T.

I have been enjoying learning classical guitar from Mr. David O’Suna since last year. My oldest son started to learn acoustic guitar from him one month before I started, and he recommended Mr. O’Suna to me. I’m very impressed by Mr. O’Suna. I am a retired man and have a lot of time, but slow at learning. I have been learning every other week. It is a good schedule for me as I have enough time to learn the new challenges that Mr. O’Suna assigns. Mr. O’Suna has the answers to all of my questions and guides me excellently. My guitar skills definitely have increased in one year. So I would recommend Mr. David O’Suna as a teacher of all kind of guitar styles and I am sure you will get excellent instructions in what you would like to learn.

My 11-year-old son has taken 2 1/2 years of guitar lessons with Bob, and he's still as excited as when he started, if not more so. Bob balances what my son would like to learn with what he needs to learn--blending fun and cool with theory and practice in a way that challenges but doesn't overwhelm. Plus he's a delightful person. We've had an excellent experience with Bob and highly recommend him.

I was in search for a teacher who could offer the technical knowledge of music theory, yet with a mastery in fingerpicking technique. Liam was the perfect teacher, given his academic studies and years of playing genres of guitars. He is really positive, patient, and is constantly aware of the nuances of learning a new instrument (markings of a great teacher). He kept it fun and time passed in a blink of an eye! Looking forward to moving from spanish guitar to electric in the coming year!

Jake is a versatile guitarist musician and can play and teach classical music as well as any other style. He has a wide variety of surprising practice exercises, never boring, always different and fun. He always includes some part of the theory to explain the piece, to make it easier to understand. Jake would come into our house, always on time, and he was very professional in the way he approached me as a student, and I am very sorry that I had to quit my lessons. He charges less than other teachers I have looked at.

I've always been interested in classical guitar and classical Latin guitar and when I moved to Vashon Island, I thought that I would have to travel to Seattle to continue studies. Not so. Ken is classically trained, yet has a deep appreciation for almost any style or genre of guitar music. A very talented and patient fellow. My teacher for several years.

Sami is a wonderful guitar player and teach, as well as songwriter and vocalist. He takes a great interest in his students and helps to motivate them to their full potential. He's a fantastic musician and performer and can bring that experience to his students to help them grow in their performance abilities. He's a teacher who can work with beginners to get them up and playing songs they enjoy quickly, or work with accomplished players to improve their skills. A very caring teacher / mentor for his students.
