Furniture Moving and Heavy Lifting
These guys are some very outstanding guys. Swell all around and very friendly. Did I forget to mention Extremely smart, fast, clean and careful? Even with the mattress around some of the tightest spaces I’ve ever seen. Thanks Jacob and Matt. If I ever need anything else that requires you guys, you’ll be hearing from me again. Thanks guys, you are AWESOME.Mar 26, 2018Verified
I hired Coast to Coast Movers to move a very heavy piano from one house to another, both with a lot of stairs involved. It was a great experience all around, they were quick to respond to all my questions, and were professional and on time, and the price was reasonable. I would love to hire them again in the future!Feb 22, 2018Verified
Local Moving (under 50 miles)
Did what I needed and the guys made sure my stuff was made while moving safely protecting and wrapping any furniture that needed itMar 25, 2018Verified
The movers were great! My dissatisfaction is because I was quoted $359 but charged $500. The quote said $359 included everything but when the agreement was presented to me the morning of the move there were two additional charges added on. Not cool.Sep 12, 2017VerifiedCoast to Coast Movers's reply
Tanya, we're sorry that you were dissatisfied with the presentation of charges. We definitely don't want to seem as though we're taking advantage of any of our customers. We appreciate your review and will utilize your feedback to continue improving our services. Thank you for your business!
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? We offer a 10% military discount with active ID!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First off we want the customer to feel like we are the right fit for them and their budget. Once that is established we usually find out the details of their move. We go over the best date for the move, discuss any questions they may have, how many crew members will be needed, the items they are moving, if they are going to need supply's for packing, If they have specially items that need extra care, what will need to be dismantled, and what size truck they will be needing.
- What types of customers have you worked with? Our customers are awesome. We have done local household moves, long distance moves, office moves, furniture moves, piano moves, and pool table moves.
