- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I ask a number of question, so once I quote you a price... that's it! When we get on site, you don't have to worry about the common trade price bump, Bump... BUMP!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As a professional tradesman, to fully determine the scope of an installation and make certain we arrive on site to 'zero surprises', I ask a number of question. Once I understand the specific circumstances surrounding YOUR installation, I'll provide you, my new customer, with a 'zero surprises'... fixed price and we coordinate schedules. Simple and straight forward... we typically get you back in service, the same day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received a BA in Business Administration from Western Washington University. I'm a "Certified Gas Mechanic" and have 25/years of experience as a water heater installing tradesman.
