Introduction: I'm Jason J Kim, a Snohomish based portrait photographer covering Seattle Metropolitan area. My passion in photography is to capture the precious moments of one's life in photos to cherish forever. I started photography as a hobby, which quickly turned into a passion. I love capturing images of nature, landscape as well as people. My shooting style is based on fine art photography with fashionably inspired, modern concepts and fun in mind. My source of inspiration is my subjects. This means I will pay a great attention to your needs or wishes in creating images you will be happy with. I believe the essence of portrait photography is to capture images that display the likeness, personality, and even mood of the person.

I am so glad that I stumbled across Jason Photography. I can’t say enough about how professional Jason is and the quality of work that he provides. He was instantly able to put my family at ease, and capture some captivating photographs. There just aren’t enough words to possibly describe how amazing each and every photo that Jason snaps. He has a magical way of finding the perfect angle, lightning and of course expressions. I will treasure them forever. Biggest of all my 7year old daughter had an amazing experience with her first photo shoot with him. Jason is genuinely a nice guy and has lot of experience to work with any age group. Don’t pass up the chance to work with him!

It was great pleasure to work with Jason. He made photo shoot very comfortable and efficient as we were with 3 months baby. He knew how to interact with baby, get his attention and find the best posture. Final pictures were presented next day and of high quality (we posted them to Instagram right away:). Jason is also very responsive, polite, professional and flexible. Will definitely recommend him for photo shoots

Jason was an awesome photographer. Our family photos turned out amazing. He was very patient with my kids. The photos turned out exactly how I wanted them to because he took the time to listen to my ideas. Communicating with him was very easy. He was quick to respond to emails and texts. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have different packages that will fit needs of many individuals or groups. I do offer discounts based on projects. Please ask.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I think communication is the key. I will be very prompt to come up with the shot list, which will be tailored to the client's specific needs. I use mainly email or thumbtack message but will be available by phone.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am self-taught in photography and photoshop. I continue to update myself in training different techniques in photography, especially in lighting and photoshop.
