- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing system is simple, we try to find the best price for materials if applicable and provide a very market competitive price for the service. We also provide all inclusive bids to make it a lot easier to understand what you are paying for.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
It definately depends on the time of year. Currently, with the poor weather home owners generally have issues with water in their basements and crawlspaces. So during the fall it would be waterproofing/winterizing. Summer tends to be the landscaping/remodels/exterior paint.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be sure when you are looking for a general contractor that they are licensed, bonded and insured. Also, it is a benefit if they have a website to contact them through. Multiple methods of contact to ensure you stay in touch.
