This was the second time I hired TradeworksNW. Great job again! Zac and Ellie fixed my leaky kitchen sink and the water heater. Replaced the corroded fittings and secured the new bladder to a more secure pipe. Zac also sealed the air exhaust. Workmanship was excellent!! They had all the tools and supplies needed to repair the water heater and sink on first visit.

I contacted 3 plumbers to come give quotes about replacing my water heater. Out of the 3 I felt like Tradeworks NW was the most honest with the work and took their time to answer all of my questions. The quotes I received back were very fair and they were willing to work with me to help me fit my budget. I will come back to them if I have a future problem.

Nathan was very professional and did the job (addition of water circulation pump, code remediation and replacement of expansion tank) to spec even handling some unexpected situations (hard to reach pipe insulation for code remediation, more involved installation of circulation pump). Overall a great experience.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every customer that calls TradeWorksNW, will have a licensed technician at their home or business to help provide answers and solutions for the project at hand.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians go through a 3 year hands on training before taking their trade license test. Every 2 yrs the technicians have to complete 16 hours of continuing education courses. TradeWorksNW technicians go over in house training classes one day per week.
