Tonya is pretty quick in responsiveness. I really appreciate that quality in person / business. I wasn't exactly clear or prompt with my specific needs and reply's. But she very kind and patient with me. As soon as my moms dog us groomed I will be back to review on the work Shaggy Shack will be doing.
