I have nothing but great things to say about Trevor's team! I had hired them to move my big furniture to a main floor of my new home and had to change plans for a basement move instead. The two movers did everything I asked if them! Moving fragile furniture, having to dismantle workout equipment to be able to get them out of my previous basement and setting up my living area; they did it all with smiles! Rates were spectacular! I highly recommend Trevor's!! You won't be disappointed!
Had basement area tiled. Tiler did a very nice and careful job on a difficult space. Justin himself communicated well and came when he said he was going to. Never had to wait around for him. Will used his services for further projects.
Joe was great to work with. He was always on time. Did a great job! He really saved us in a pinch. We had hired and awful unreliable contractor. He put us behind schedule on our basement project. Joe saved the day! He worked hard to get everything done on time for the carpet to be installed. We will hire him again!
We had our back bottom deck installed by Les Dooley, it turned out perfect. He was very precis with everything. The decked turned out better then we had planned. Since the job was so well done we had him build a wall in our basement to create a fifth room. The wall looks like it was put in when the whole house was built. We will definitely be using his services for other projects in the future. He does a great job, cleans up afterwards and is pleasant to have around.
Charlie was able to provide a free estimate in a matter of a day and within in a week had the job done! Did a great job with the electric install for my garage and I'm hiring him again for a plumbing job. Highly recommended, very reasonably priced, professional and personable.
I’m one who tends to always keep his guard up when dealing with contractors because a good honest contractor always seems hard to find. I have an older home in Spokane and had Parley replace the circuit panel in the basement, replace the wire from the panel to the meter, rewire the washer and dryer and also had him dig a trench and run power out to my garage, which included a sub-panel out there. He also ran a 1” PVC pipe from my house to my garage with a draw string in case I want to run security cameras out to the garage. He doesn’t charge per the hour, he charges per project, which is not necessarily a bad thing. My project was just over $4,200. Although I don’t know how well that would work out if someone needed just a minor house call. There were a few minor communication issue with emailing estimates and receipts but we worked through it. All in all I was very satisfied with Parleys work and I would hire him again. I’ve attached some pictures of the old panel and work he did. Thank you Parley!
Melvin did a kitchen remodel for us, in fact, it is the picture you see on this web site. He really had the great vision on how to remodel our kitchen. Melvin was the only contractor we interviewed that saw that we needed to change our roof line to keep the look of our house cohesive with this remodel. He does quality work, he is meticulous and creative. Every day we look at our kitchen, it is hard to believe that something that beautiful is really ours!
Jamin was prompt and did an excellent job for me, Thanks Jamin for your hard work the house looks great, I look forward to doing business with you in the future, Ray
I'm thrilled to have met RH and Sons. I don't know where to begin. I have a weird job and a lot of things I'm trying to do (and on a tight budget) and they came out and just chatted with me about all the things I want to do. We decided to start on one project first- removing a drywall ceiling and painting out the basement joists for an industrial look- and to get there, they were willing to back and forth with me on various ideas. There are a dozen other projects I'll probably want to do and I will go to these guys FIRST for any future projects. I cannot recommend them enough. They emailed me about every movement or issue, they were prompt and have GREAT communication. Also, they aren't looking to retire from your job, they are honest and they are cool guys to talk to. You can't go wrong hiring them. I'm a fan and I'm looking forward to future projects.
Stuart did a great job installing our bathroom door in an older home.
My wife and I had a bad experience with our previous contractors and James and Jim came to the rescue. Our basement needed to have new framing, insulation, drywall and mud and these gentlemen not only did an outstanding job of completeting it - they did it for us at a great rate. My wife and I could not be happier with the work they have done and we would definitely hire them again for future work.
We had Tim help us insulate our basement (including demo and salvage of materials, framing, installing vapor barrier and insulation and drywall) - He was very helpful in getting a bid together for us and letting us know what would be involved in the work, he estimated about two weeks for the job and was able to complete it in just about a week. Overall great work and I'd definitely recommend him to others.
Steve has done several projects on our home including custom tile work in the kitchen and bathrooms and framing our basement. His work is beautiful and we receive so many compliments on our kitchen backsplash with glass tile. He pays attention to the details and makes sure everything is just how you want it. I would highly recommend and trust him to work on any home projects you may have!!
Big Dog Home & Business Services, LLC owner Derrick Mclauchlin was an excellent choice for finishing my basement. He was very careful and detailed in the bid, and was the ONLY bidder who broke out each expense by material and labor. This goes a long way with me in know where exactly my money was going. Strangely enough, ALL other bidders just sent me a cost, with no breakdown, some didn't even send me a bid, just a phone call. I called and had 5 contractors bid on this job, and Derrick was the one I chose. I would recomend this contractor to anyone, and I will be using him for other jobs on my home. I have used Affordable Home Repairs and Remodeling for the installation of a counter top in my basement, Mr. Clark was very professional and reliable and did a very good job, I plan to use him again.
We hired EWC to complete our crawl space/basement floor. the bid was very reasonable and Ernie did exactly what he said he would do in the time he said it would take. This was not an easy job. There was a lot of prep work and I have a breathing issue, so Ernie found a way to decalcify the block walls without using chemicals. His care and concern for our family and our safety was sincere. Ernie was on time and communicated with us throughout the job. His work is exceptional. I have experience pouring concrete and my health no longer allows me to. Ernie is our choice for work quality, fair pricing and professional service. EWC will easily be our choice for future projects.
Josh was very competitive, professional, and prompt with all projects. He delivered on all 3 areas we wanted improved in our home (basement finish, including window installation, living room update, and mud room installation), and did so a week faster than promised, and under budget. The quality of work is phenomenal, ideas were very creative, and coordination of all subcontractors and timing was very impressive.
