I know it's hard to believe that anyone is perfect, but for our wedding Ricki completely was! She was SO Flexible in our meeting time, my husband and I work different schedules so it is hard to work with that sometimes. She is fantastic with a wonderful sense of humor. She was very organized and was able to organize and help the bridal party get ready. That is no small feat as I had 17 people to get organized, plus all the grandma's and mothers. Our venue was out of the way in the woods and she made it on time, twice. Once for the rehearsal and again for the Ceremony. She is Funny, Organized, Thoughtful and extremely Professional. I would recommend her to anyone who wants a caring and calming person to officiate the wedding. We loved having her share in our special day. Thank you SO MUCH!

Kari catered and organized every aspect of our non-profits' recent fund raising dinner. From planning and preparing the menu, designing and sending invitations, advertising the event, decorating and reserving the venue, collecting and setting up the items for the silent and live auction and booking the auctioneer,and live entertainment, Kari did it all! She searched our area for the venue that would be most suitable, and booked us in at THE CREATE Center in Newport WA. When I walked in the day before the event I was amazed and impressed at the transformation she had wrought. The tables were elegant with alternating black and white cloths, and centerpieces for each one. The art work for the auction was displayed attractively and the buffet table was easy to access and well appointed. She had thought of every last detail and the next day everything went off without a hitch. An organizational triumph! And we mustn't forget the sumptuous feast that was prepared! A wide variety of choices were available and each was more enticing than the the last. Our guests agreed with people returning for second and even third helpings. If you are fortunate enough to engage the services of, your event is guaranteed to be a rousing success!

I commissioned Kristy to take some portrait photos for me recently, but [at the time] did not yet have a clear idea in mind of the specifics of what I wanted.... -Even though my limited ability to explain what I was hoping for didn't give her much direction to get started with, she came up with some very creative & elegant pieces.... I'm really pleased with the work she did, and definitely plan to have her take some more photos for me in the future.

A couple weeks ago, Kaylene helped me coordinate our Fall OPEN BARN, at The Hitchin' Barn. Eventhough she's new in the business... Eventhough she'd just had her first baby... Eventhough she had to face several last minutes challenges... She did an OUTSTANDING JOB!! She found all the vendors we needed. She got back to me quickly, everytime I had a question or request. She came up with great ideas and suggestions. And she made our barn look stunning! I'll defintely work with her again. And I'll more than defintely recommend her to all our Brides and Grooms!!

The couple does all the front-end planning and contracts all the vendors. Time commitment could be about 15-25 hours, depending on pricing.
  • Partial service: $1,500-$3,800. Here the planner works with the couple from the beginning, helping contract vendors, creating a timeline, and overseeing all details of day-of execution. Time commitment could be about 30-60 hours, depending on package and pricing.
  • Full service: $3,500-$8,000 or more.
