This guy is the best trainer I have had . I've had previous trainers but nothing like this he is involved with the workout, pushes me when I'm giving up, builds me confidence, encourages me to get out of my comfort zone. If you're looking for a new trainer I definitely recommend Zac .

I started with KJay a little less than a year ago. Since joining, I have made more progress with my goals than with other trainers. He takes time to know your goals and works with you to help you reach them. He is a great motivator, who pushes you to accomplish more than you thought you could. He teaches you not only about your physical health, but includes a customized nutrition plan.
I started going to Talache Wellness about 8 weeks ago and let's just say I'm hooked! I absolutely love the fact that it's not in some stuffy gym where you get pressured if not by the trainers then from the looks you get from people who are healthier than you. It's a very relaxed atmosphere and Jarae works hard to make sure everyone gets where they want to go with their goals. Jarae as well as all the other trainers are very knowledgeable and walk you through each workout to make sure you do it correctly and they don't get upset when you have to ask them to re demonstrate the move multiple times to get it right. I've always had a problem motivating myself to workout hence why I did the 6 week bootcamp trial and lets just say I love coming to workout because I know the whole group is there to support as well as the staff, plus it's a super fun environment with everyone encouraging each other to always work harder! I love this place for sure!
I have been training with Josh for a month now at the fitness center. This is the first time I have ever joined a gym or had a trainer. ive tried working out and training on my own in the past and lost interest or felt I was getting nothing from it. I like how josh has been stressing proper form and technique it has made it easier for me since my back and shoulder are not in the best of shape. As of today I signed up for 4 more weeks and can't wait to see the results. I would recommend Josh to everyone.

I worked with Jake for a couple of months to prepare for a mountain climbing trip on Mt. Rainier. I had no idea what expect on the climb so I needed a trainer to push me past my comfort level. I lost some weight and increased my strength and endurance. I'm very happy with my results. Best of all, I was able to make it to the summit of Rainier!
Courtney is an excellent personal trainer. Did a great job she pushed me when I needed it and she really helped me out a lot I was able to lose weight and build muscle she did a great job she's very knowledgeable had knee surgery and I wasn't able to walk right and because of her help I'm doing much better thank you so much Courtney for being amazing
