There are a lot of great technicians here in the area. My goal is to provide you with the best experience with my service at the best price. Most of my clients only need me one time. I provide a full guarantee on all my work. If I can't fix it , I don't charge for it. I provide you with an email of the invoice for your records as well as patient written instructions on how to fix it or prevent it from happening in the future. I take the time to resolve your concerns and educate you with the latest information concerning your technology. I follow up my service with call backs and emails to check on your satisfaction and what I might do to improve my service.
