- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Infinite Electric all of our pricing is up front. You will never pay more then the project quote you are given.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers contact us to speak with one of our 24/7 customer service representatives to schedule a site visit from one of our highly trained electricians. Our dispatch team will then notify you when the technician is on their way to your home or business. Once arrived your electrician will walk with you through your project and provide you several options on how to best fulfill your electrical needs. After selecting an option in most cases your electrician can get started right away!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our electricians carry a Journeyman Electricians License with an average experience of over 20+ years in the industry. Our technicians also participate in electrical safety updates as well as electrical code change courses.
