I have been studying guitar under Kris for the last 8 years and I have enjoyed every minute of our time together. She has already taught me so much and continues to encourage, teach, and push me to try new things every week. Under her tutelage, I have grown in my playing by leaps and bounds, studying bass guitar, vocal, fingerstyle, lead guitar, and even classical guitar. Kris is very open to teaching you the in style(s) that you want to play and is not afraid to learn something new to help you grow in your playing. She is always encouraging, loving, and amazing. I will always keep music in my life because of Kris. She has been and continues to be my inspiration.

Kris is a patient teacher, who is very encouraging. She helps you get to places in music that would be impossible by yourself. Armed with her love of people and love of music, it makes an unbeatable combo. Learning new things can be daunting, but Kris takes the fear away and in an easy style teaches you different ways to do things. She helps you master what songs YOU want to learn and is essential in helping you attain your goals.

I loved Kris! I had two teachers before her for the guitar and they both a negative experience. As an adult, learning was not at the pace I would have hoped. She always kept me positive and made me feel accomplished every step of the way!
