- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have a standard pricing rate for each event that I capture.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A phone conversation to start things off usually works best. This way we can answer each other's questions efficiently.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a professional photographer in Spokane Washington it is my job to stay up on the latest trends and styles. Notice I didn't say equipment. My job as a photographer is to make Great Memorable images that will make my clients scream for joy when they view them, and view them years down the road. I stay up to date sifting through blogs and images on the daily. I am always talking with fellow Spokane Photographers on how I can improve my work and my business. I enjoy it when people critique my work and when people ask my opinion on theirs. It's always hard to think of new ways to do things but sometimes, I just have to fall back on my personal taste and style. Thank you for reading.
