First of all trying to find a contractor or trades person of any kind is so difficult right now, which I understand.
That being said, Chris was very quick to respond, extremely polite and professional over the phone. He worked with me on schedule and when we set up the appointment he was a few minutes early which I appreciate. He was dressed professional but also in a way that I could tell he wasn't afraid to get a little dirty and actually got on the roof, in the crawl, and attic.
He had all the tools to preform a home inspection and even some cool ones that I had never seen before.
He explained to me all the things I may want to address. He was timely with a report that had plenty of photos and clear descriptions and information concerning my home.
I feel confident in his skill level of construction and communication and will recommend Omega for anybody that I know is looking for an inspection.
