Matt did a great job laying vinyl flooring in our basement. It’s a 124 year-old home with challenges! We’re adding a new laundry room and updating the bathroom. The new floors are just what we hoped and beautiful! Thank you Justin and Kmj Construction, for a job well done!

I had a roof/awning built over my front entryway. I took 3bids on it and settled on Kmj. Justin was very personable, informative in choosing a design. He is a family man that has built his own business from scratch. He gave me a fair bid based on my being a Veteran. I signed his contract on a Friday. He dropped off the materials for the job on Monday. Tuesday morning his journeyman carpenter, Jeff, started the work. By Thursday the job was complete. Jeff worked steadily, and was interested in my input on little things with an aim to please. I would recommend this company to anybody. They are very professional and punctual. They do quality work with quality materials. Thanks, guys. Tom Champion.

Communication! That is the problem with this business. Very frustrating to try and figure out when the work would be done. Couple a missed visits due to sick kids, couple of no shows and one “oh I thought the worker was there, I will check and get back to you.” And he never got back to us. Took over a month to complete 20 hours of work. Lots of animosity to us when we would try to discuss situation. I would not recommend at all! Not very professional.
