  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    We are not the cheapest out there but we are trustworthy and faithful to our commitments. on the other hand we are not the most expensive as those with the highest prices are often large companies with heavy advertisements costs included who then turn around and simply outsource their work to subcontractors.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We typically call and talk abiut the project over the phone and then set up an appointment where we can look it over and give then a verbal estimate followed up with a written estimate with detailed line items describing the work and the cost attached with each labor item as well as an estimate for painting materials. We then work with customer to schedule when would work best to do the project. At the end of the project we encourage customers to walk around to inspect so that we can wrap up in a way where everyone leaves satisfied.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Our company has the goal of continual improvement and each staff member has years of experience in the painting industry.
