Introduction: There is a huge difference between a picture of you and a professional headshot. A picture shows what you look like; but, a professional headshot conveys a message about you. It helps let your clients know what type of person you are, and what they should expect from you. I know my industry very well. I am an expert in both the technical elements of photography and the psychology behind an effective headshot. I take the time to keep up with new trends and uses for headshots - from social media to billboards. I don't do a million types of photography. I only do headshots (well, I do retro pin-ups, too). This means I'm really good at getting a great image of you. I love people and the interactions I get to have with them. Each person is unique. It is fun balancing out their goals and my vision. It is like a guided collaboration. It never gets boring. One person might want a very traditional business headshot that conveys strength and stability, while someone else might one that shows an open and approachable feeling. Mix that with different body types, timelines, and environments and it will never get old.
