Introduction: AVIDUS - it is a Latin word that stands for eagerness, passion, and hunger. We started up in the midst of the restoration after the windstorm that Spokane got hit by in November of 2015. We realized that quite a few companies are overwhelmed with work and are losing their hunger to improve and provide a better service. Here at AVIDUS we find our joy when we serve our customers with their construction needs or when we invest and train a new team member to do the same. Avidus staff took the time to actually go on the roof to really see what was needed. They were able to establish that I had solid tongue and groove and didn't need additional sheeting before re-roofing, a saving of nearly $2,000. The other two contractors bidding on the job didn't bother to go on the roof and quoted me for sheeting regardless. Avidus staff also noticed some decayed facia board and added its replacement in their quote. Avidus staff took the time to explain each of the item on the invoice and the reasons why they needed to be installed (explaining some of the building code regulations). Avidus staff didn't overcharge me for dumping fees. Overall their pricing was around $3,000 less than the other two contractors even though it included extra work on the facia board. Great work done quickly, cleanly and efficiently. Highly recommended.

Artem and the crew from Avidus Construction recently completed installing a new asphalt shingle roof on our home. We are very pleased with the completed job and the professionalism of his crew. They completed the job in the time Artem estimated and with no surprises added to final bill. Artem gave us a credit for plywood that was not used. We asked them to install a new skylight and connect a ceiling fan to vent and his crew did these jobs also. Our job took four days and at the end of each day the roofers cleaned up our yard before they went home. We had 5 bids on our project and four of them were within 10% of each other. Artem provided the most thorough estimate and spent over two hours reviewing his bid with us including showing us samples. Other bidders took roof measurements, asked us a couple of questions and emailed the bids to us from their office. We were told to contact them if we had questions. Atrem's professional approach was determining factor for us to have them do job and the quality of work performed earned them an excellent rating. We recommend at the least getting Artem and Avidus Construction to give you and estimate for your roofing project.
