Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: Mills Painting Inc is a painting contractor with 27 years of experience and a multitude of skills, from historic restoration work (We did the Davenport Hotel) to residential repainting and decorative faux finish painters. Customers love the owner/operator experience they get on every job, and the knowledge that only the best products will be used to ensure the longest life possible between paintings. Knowledge is what sets us apart from other painters in the area. We're National PDCA members, and actively teach other painters about advanced coatings and what coatings to use in different situations. When we prepare a written estimate for your job, it always includes a quality control checklist that goes over each item we will be doing, from prep work to final coating, so that you know exactly what you will be getting. FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

We do a lot of residential re-painting work, especially on Spokane's South Hill neighborhood. We try to always use paint from local companies, like Miller Paint, which is an employee owned company that gives back to the community. In addition to re-paint work we're very involved with several well established builders in the are and offer a lot of new construction coating services.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

You can't fake experience. As a National Member in the PDCA (Painting & Decorating Contractors Association) and with over 27 years of multi-faceted experience on our side we know exactly what products to apply in ANY situation. You can hire the cheapest painter you can find, but this often becomes the most expensive outcome you could imagine as coatings fail pre-maturely and no service after the job is available. My advice is to ask a lot of questions, even technical ones. A professional in this field should have a wealth of product and application knowledge and leave you feeling like you really learned something about what goes into a quality paint job!
