- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is not one job that is the same. There are many varying factors to take into account.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We will always request a walk-thru 2. We will provide you with an estimate 3. If you are happy with your estimate, and we are both on the "same page" as to the services that you will receive, we will send you a Service Agreement to be signed. 4. Once the Service Agreement has been signed, we will place you on the Service Schedule.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been in the industry for over 17 years. I have many many years of line and storm work under my belt. I decided that I wanted to be able to provide my expertise to local businesses, and residents.
