Introduction: I have been cleaning for over 20 years, I'm responsible dedicated to what I do and am on time. I'm also curtios and am proud at what I do What I like is knowing that person might be coming home from a hard days work and can just enjoy relaxing and enjoying a nice clean home....I clean every 2 weeks a 2 bathroom is 90 and a 3 bathroom 100 ser price . I had asked for a deep clean and Additional services needed: Fridge cleaning, Oven cleaning, Interior window cleaning. I received an email from Gerri: "I will do your dishes, clean oven, refrigerator, vacuum, dust, change linens, clean bathrooms , floors and anything else you would like done." Gerri came over the day before to go over the house as I only wanted one bedroom cleaned, not the 2nd. However, when I came home after the cleaning, the oven and refrigerator were not cleaned at all, there was still a food smear on the stove, the tops of furniture (medicine cabinet and refrigerator) were not cleaned, TVs weren't wiped down and some were just partially wiped. She said that she would also clean my mud room and did not. She also left my backdoor unlocked. Very unsafe. When I asked her about all of this, her response was: "you have to mention again all the things you want done make a list. I'm sorry but you are not the only person I clean for." It was only after I told her that I was going to write this review that she offered to come back. However, I am not comfortable at all in having her in my home again. I would never refer anyone to her. It was not professional at all.

I had a really bad ear ache that day I know its no excuse so I probably did miss some things which I told her I would go back and do what I missed she never said anything about doing a review she was really nasty. She even got on my case about leaving my pop can on the counter that upset me to I was really thirsty when I left anyway anybody reading this can see my other reviews no problems ever...I'm sorry she didn't let me go back lt bothers me when anyone is unhappy...It wouldn't have been a problem....Type your response to this review.

Gerri and Aurora literally arrived promptly at 10 am.. As first time customers we met and talked about what we needed.. Our home was recently upgraded (First time after 20+ years... carpet, kitchen floor and countertops) They began cleaning within 15 min of our first meeting. It was a huge amount of stress off my shoulders knowing I had two women who could take the weight off my shoulders as I want to keep my home clean and clutter free!! Wish me luck on that!! 😊 They both are sweet, caring people who take pride in their work and I saw exactly that today!! We orginally planned on once a month, but after my experience today, I'm choosing to do twice a month.. Well worth it!! Thank you Gerri and Aurora!!
