FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is fairly simple and straight forward. I will call the customer, discuss with them the problem they are having with the appliance, and schedule a time to diagnose the problem. Depending on needed parts there may be a need to order a part and schedule another time to install any needed parts.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are an authorized Speed Queen distributor we have access to an online school program they offer. Additionally, I have been doing this work for the past 15 years now. The owner has been in the business since his father started our original company in 1947.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
As a young kid I always liked to fix my bike, and the bikes of other members of my family. My parents worked on cars all the time, so we always had tools around. When I graduated high school I saw an ad for a job and I applied. I liked the job so I stayed. William Johnston, Service Manager
