FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I regularly attend Continuing Legal Education seminars put on by the Washington State Bar Association.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Since I was young, I've always had a keen sense of right and wrong. I would watch the news and feel a pit in my stomach whenever I saw the results of a miscarriage of justice. I've dedicated my life to protecting the lives, liberties, and property of my clients and their loved ones. Don't let the court system deprive you of your rights -- hire an attorney to fight for you -- and don't be afraid of the bill. I don't want to see someone deprived of justice because of an inability to pay. Many attorneys, including myself, have a sliding fee scale for low-income clients. It's the right thing to do.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I do a lot of contested and uncontested divorces, and criminal cases of all kinds. I also draft a lot of wills, living wills, and healthcare directives.
