Dennis helped us with installing a ventilation fan in our bathroom. He was great!! He got to our place on time, and he did a wonderful job, it looks and works perfectly. I highly recommend Dennis and would definitely hire him again in the future.
Nolan was extremely responsive and came by to help me install my ceiling fan the same day I put in the request. Would highly recommend.
Doug is very knowledgeable, professional, and thorough in his trade, he came out and replaced a bathroom exhaust fan that was out. He did a great job, I will definitely hire and recommend him for any electrical needs.
Was on time and very helpful. Got my Home theater installed (5.1.2 speaker setup, Mount projector and screen) and also had him perform few minor tasks (mount TV and install ceiling fan). Eric allows you to shadow him while he is working through the project. Very much satisfied by his work and would certainly contact him for any of my future tasks.
If you want a job done thoroughly the first time and work with someone who is responsive and honest...Amin is your man!!! Amin has done many jobs for us, from installing new light fixtures, TV mounts on wall, Fan installation on ceiling, hanging paintings etc. etc. I have worked with many handymen over the years.....I've never seen anyone respond as quickly and completely to my questions either via email or phone. I will never call anyone else! Save yourself time and money....call Amin! He'll get the job done right, the first time! Attaching some pictures of the work he did. Thanks! Jay
Eric did an awesome job on the exhaust fan replacement at my place. He was on time , professional and very friendly. He did an A1 level job on getting the fan replaced, opening up the duct , securing it from the attic and ensuring the Fan is well positioned. Will be be referring him to couple other folks as well.
Jeff is a professional, he is honest, knowledgeable and takes pride in doing his job. He even pointed out to us how we could save money on the job. He did our bathrooms, extended our laundry room and installed moldings throughout the house. Thank you Jeff we heartily recommend you. Suzette & Peter
Nilesh was on time, professional, friendly, and thorough. The wiring in my condo was (unknown to me) incompatible for the programmable thermostats I ordered to run the in-wall Cadet fan heaters. I addition, the original 1991 baseboard heaters were, I thought, 120 volts. Once new 120 volt heaters were installed all seemed well until they started to hum and buzz. After several phone calls with Cadet, Nilesh determined 240 volt heaters were required even though the wiring did not suggest so. I’m extremely happy with his work and have already discussed a future project with Nilesh. I highly recommend him!
Very knowledgable. As first time home owners, they helped us with a few other heating issues other than the furnace maintenance (including duct work fix). Highly recommend.
Bob did an exceptional job removing old and installing new bathroom vanity cabinets. Went above and beyond what was asked for!
Work included: New run for hot tub, install backyard light, replace light over garage, and repair bathroom fan. The electrical work easily passed the City's inspection. Tony is very professional, the bids are reasonable, arrived on time, and worked around our schedules. Would use his services again.
Robert has been such a great, hardworking, reliable professional. We keep hiring him back because he's able to do everything from building beautiful custom window boxes, to installing a bathroom fan, to taking care of a variety of other household needs . . .
We had an additional outlet installed in our garage - everything went as planned. Quick response & we had a free estimate before agreeing to the project.
Ted is very professional, friendly and knowledgable. He was able to quickly determine what was wrong with my bathroom faucet and the parts needed to fix it.
Mac took care of a long list of small to medium size fixes for two visits. Projects ranged from fixing a fence panel to switching out electrical socket and door sweeps. He was friendly, professional, prompt in responding and scheduling. Will call him again when needed.
Paul has done a variety of work on my rentals and on my several personal residences over the past 20 years. He called my number by mistake in 1994, and it turned out I was looking for someone to build me some steps, so it wasn't a wrong number after all--it was a fortunate coincidence. He is skilled in every phase of construction, knows the code, and never takes shortcuts which jeopardize the finished work, be it plumbing, electrical, painting, or remodeling/construction. Paul knows what tools to use and that makes all the difference in time required to do a job and the quality when it is done. Paul has built two storerooms for me, rebuilt a porch, I've seen balconies he has rebuilt, he's installed linoleum in several of my rentals, laid tile, remodeled a kitchen picking out beautiful cabinets, remodeled several bathrooms, put in a jetted tub, repaired water damaged sheetrock, texturing/painting (he's done lots of that for me), repaired a water leak in foundation wall, found where windows were leaking and repaired them, installed dining room fans, redid the ducting and installed bathroom fans where there were none, switched out all the old interior doors for 6-panel doors, installed mirrored sliders, installed vertical blinds and window blinds, opened the stairway wall to facilitate air circulation, squared the exterior storeroom doors so they closed properly, replaced all the exterior locks, replaced the interior door knobs installed recessed lights, hid all the wires in the wall behind the TV, he's a master at making molding look great and fixing the weird spots so they aren't noticeable. The tile around my fireplace I love--it is marble and stainless steel tiles we found at Lowe's--he picked it out. To coordinate, Paul used stainless steel tiles again and burgundy colored glass tiles (from Lowe's again) for the kitchen. It coordinates so well. And that is one thing Paul has--a good eye for decorating ideas. He's replaced toilets, sinks, vanities, you name it. Once he found a pin hole leak in the bathroom wall behind the toilet that no one else had been able to find. I'm rambling here trying to recall all the various projects he has done for me. One thing where Paul has been a great help is acting as a consultant. When I had water in my dining room he was very helpful in filtering what the various contractors told me so that they could not take advantage of my lack of knowledge. He did the same with regard to slab jacking. Once [unnamed plumbing company] gave me a $3500 estimate to replace the pressure relief valve at the water meter, when I told Paul he steered me on the right path--the $600 path. He advised me when I had all the windows replaced in a triplex I owned. He did the same when I got a 40-year roof and new gutters. It is no small task painting a 3-story building and he supervised that too. Five stars aren't enough really. I've seen him manage a crew and I've seen him work alone. I probably left off some of the work Paul has done for me, he's my first choice for anything and everything to do with remodeling and new construction. It is too bad that my name and email are not shown with this recommendation because I would be happy to talk to you about the work Paul has done for me over the years. Since I'm an attorney, I can add, tongue in cheek, that I make this declaration under penalty of perjury under the laws of State of Washington . . .
The electrician showed up on time and did an excellent job of installing my bathroom exhaust fan. He was professional and courteous. I would hire again. Thank you.
Joe came out to replace lighting and to install a ceiling fan. He was very professional and did a really great job! I would recommend him and will have him do more work in the near future. Very happy with my dealings with Joe! Great guy!
I had Chris out to my house recently to redo our house. When i say redo, i mean redo. A pipe broke but it was more like a slow leak so when i had my floors rotting out that rippled into walls we decided to redo everything. We had hardwood and tiles put in and they were flawless. I dont know if i can attach pictures but if i can i will. He remodeled our bathroom, our kitchen, and our living room. Remodeled half of our study and my daughters room. I painted the whole interior to get rid of the mold. Insulation and plumbing was done by a sub he recommended but everything turned out flawless. I loved getting updates while i was at work or out of town. Toni sent me pictures of extra work that was going to be involved and asked if i wanted it performed not pressuring me into it. I also appreciate the fact that they worked weekends. I appreciated the fact that they were so courteous of my stuff, covering my clothes when they sanded the drywall in the laundry room, carefully placing my paintings where they would not get broken, etc. At one point, something was cut short, it was a really simple mistake but Chris went and got some more to replace it. I really appreciated their honesty. They did what they said they would do and on time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I loved the fact that they fixed the issues and i loved the fact that they stayed within their estimate even though most of the work was hourly rated. They really increased the value of my home! Call them for repairs or remodeling...
The electrician was on time and professional. I needed a bathroom fan installed along with dryer plug and hall light. He replaced them in what I believed to be a reasonable time.
Fair and competitive estimate given for my project to install 3 bathroom fan/heater combo units. The switches installed for heaters caused sparks almost half the time the heaters were turned on. When I notified Dear Electric, they came back within a few days to replace all of the switches. The new ones work better. I think the electricians should know better for future which switches work or not for some heater models. In all visits from Dear Electric, everyone always came on time and did the work in a timely manner. Dear Electric uses a contracting company for the dry wall repair work. That company's worker is not very good at showing up on time and keeping to schedule. Twice the contractor was late over 2 hours. One day's estimate work became three days of work. The paint job was also not done well on one of the bathroom ceilings.
