Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I work to give guidance and offer solutions. Others focus on the problems, I work hard to get you options and provide solutions to your legal needs. My clients also know I am always accessible and available for all their legal needs. When you call to speak with me, you'll do just that... and you won't be handed off to an assistant or associate. My clients and and my colleagues know I provide quality representation. Since 2013, I have been consecutively rated by Washington Super Lawyers as Rising Star in Criminal Defense and DUI/DWI Defense. I am experienced and affordable. I offer a clear flat rate fee and will work with payment plans if needed. My fees are generally based upon court location, number of charges, past criminal history, and any special circumstances of a particular case. I do offer a military discount for any active duty military personnel. I enjoy working with individuals to provide them guidance through tough times. For many people, going to court is intimidating, the legal system and laws are often confusing, and consequences are scary, I work hard to shed light on the process and keep my clients informed.

I never had the chance to meet Mr. Foster in person. I was able to get the questions answered over the phone. I f I should need legal advice or need to hire an attorney, I will give Mr. Foster a call. He is very nice and very helpful.

DUI Attorney

Mr. Foster has been great. He has maintained clear and open communication, and has given me solid advice. He is on top of everything regarding my case. He did not pressure me to hire him, like other attorneys I talked to, and genuinely cared about my case, even when I wasn't yet his client. I would recommend him to anybody.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

On criminal matters, I primarily offer a flat fee price for representation. This means you'll get a set price for legal services. The flat fee price is determined mainly by three factors: (1) Type of case or complexity of case (2) Client's previous criminal history or other pending matters and (3) location of court.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to sit down with a client and get to know who they are and what their immediate concerns are. I also like to explain the process of things and how the criminal process works. A criminal court can be scary, confusing, and foreign to most. Having a basic understanding of how things work, can often alleviate many immediate concerns. After this initial explanation, I like to look for solutions. At times this means preparing for trial and putting together a defense. This also means discussing various options that may be available.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

As a local of Tacoma, I graduated from Wilson High School. I then attended the University of Washington. After graduating from UW, I went to law school at Gonzaga.
