John did an excellent job setting up sound for our challenging wedding, which took place on a ship but also required speakers for people standing on the dock. All in all people on the ship and the dock could hear everything, including our vows, the quartet and officiant. And the environmental noise was a challenge too. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Typically we communicate the customers needs via text, phone, or email so that I am sure I can help the customer, as well as not miss any needs. Then we setup a walkthrough if necessary, sometimes it is not, so that I can give a written proposal. Once the customer accepts the written proposal, they pay a down payment. Remainder is due upon completion of the job.
- What types of customers have you worked with?I have worked with Churches, Schools, Performing Arts venues, as well as Wedding professionals, as well as those with Home Theater Systems in new homes or upgrading an old home.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?One of the things that differentiates my company from others is that we are licensed retailers of Audio/Video/Lighting equipment, so the prices for things like cabling, tv stands, components and more, are better than a typical retail store. This gives me a huge advantage in savings I can deliver to my customers.
